San Francisco Investments

The San Francisco project is a large-scale real estate development located in the Getsemaní neighborhood within the historic center of Cartagena.

San Francisco Investments was created in 2015 and currently has 140 employees.

The project that is being developed in the Getsemaní district, rescues the heritage value of the intervened properties as well as the neighborhood culture and customs of its residents.

The hotel will feature 132 rooms and 16 Rialto Four Seasons Residences, offering 7 food and beverage concepts. It will also include event spaces such as the Temple of San Francisco and the junior ballroom at the Club Cartagena, along with 3 meeting rooms and 3 outdoor terraces. Additionally, there will be 2 outdoor pools that have views of the old city, the bay, and the ocean. Guests can also enjoy a Spa with 8 treatment rooms and a gym, featuring a fully equipped Technogym fitness center.

The project has an approved Special Management and Protection Plan issued by the Ministry of Culture. The buildings of Club Cartagena and Convento de San Francisco have been designated as Properties of Cultural Interest at the National Level.
