San Francisco Investments develops a luxury hotel project in the city of Cartagena.
San Francisco Investments was created in 2015 and currently has 23 employees. The project that develops in the Gethsemane district, rescues the heritage value of the intervened properties and the neighborhood culture and customs of its inhabitants. The hotel will have 132 rooms and 15 grand suites and will be operated by the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain.
The Project has a Special Handling and Protection Plan approved by the Ministry of Culture and will place value on various properties considered assets of cultural interest in the city, such as the Club Cartagena, the Casa Ambrad and the Convento de San Francisco, among others.
